We fulfill orders on a first come, first served basis. If the purchase requests are greater than the availability of the item(s) in stock, we will contact customers to inform them of the status. In the event there are server issues while you are shopping, we will fulfill orders on a first come, first served basis.

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns if it meets the requirements of our return policy.

We cannot accept exchanges or returns if the following applies:
⁃ Once the package has been opened unless it was damaged.
⁃ Once you wear or use the product.
⁃ The item has been damaged.
⁃ The return period has passed.

*Please make sure to return items in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange if the item does not include original packaging, the warranty has been voided or expired, or is missing parts or instructions.

*Please contact us via phone or email in advance of returning your purchase. We cannot accept returns or exchanges without the advance notification.

*We gladly exchange items damaged in shipping for same item if available. We will refund you if the item is no longer in stock.

Return shipping cost: We do not issue pre-paid shipping label(s) unless the item was damaged or broken during shipping. Please return item(s) at your own expense.
Return period: Returns are currently accepted within 8 days of being shipped.
